I'm currently in the middle of the application process. After applying online, the next step involves two online tests: one for logical reasoning and another for numerical ability. Following that, there's an in-person assessment at a center. After these stages, I'll either get an offer or be rejected. It seems like a logical and thorough process to figure out if I'm a good fit.
