Had lots of video calls with different company folks. Started with resume stuff and then got more technical. Got to the offer stage once and then they ghosted. Went through it all again two years later, had a really good initial chat but didn't move forward. Took them almost 4 weeks to get back to me.

We started with an online test focusing on math and probability, then had a standard screening interview. The final stage was an interview with a senior trader on the desk, which covered both behavioral and technical topics. For preparation, I'd suggest reviewing typical quant interview materials, like the green book.
