First round was with a manager and senior consultants, followed by a hypothetical task and a personality PI assessment. After a 6-week wait, I got another interview with a different team's manager and senior consultant. A few days after that, I got an offer.

Behavioral Technical

I had a call with the hiring manager, then I was invited for an in-person interview and skills assessment. The in-person part involved team interviews. It was strange to me that the team didn't seem to take any notes, just looking at my resume. I was pretty disappointed since I traveled from out of state and they couldn't even bother to note down what I said.

First, there was a phone screen. Then, if you were out of state, we had a Skype interview. After that, an in-person interview with a few different employees, usually two at a time. We also had to do a personality test and a writing sample test.
