It was a 4 round interview process. Two rounds were with the hiring manager, one round was with sales, and the last round was with HR. The interviews focused heavily on my previous experience. They wanted to ensure my foundational knowledge was strong and critical.

The whole interview process took 5 rounds which felt like a week lost because they were scheduled on alternate days over 3 full days. We had to sit for hours on those days. I breezed through the first 4 rounds like a cakewalk, but it was tough for others. The first round was an online test, followed by the AMCAT online test for the second. The third was an HR round, then a technical round with two team leaders for the fourth, and finally a managerial round for the fifth. The last two rounds were each 45 minutes long. I didn't make it through the fifth round, where they dug deep into my CA articleship experience. It was a good experience meeting everyone, and I was the only one out of 10-15 people to reach the fifth round. The only downside was spending an entire day for a 3-hour interview.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

I went through 6 rounds of interviews. I passed the first 5 on September 27th, 2019. Two days later, the HR team called and emailed me for the final round on October 3rd, 2019, with the sourcing head. After the interview, he said they'd let me know via call or email. I waited four business days without any response, so I emailed HR. They informed me they wouldn't proceed with my application. I accepted their decision. While the process was good from the start, I'm disappointed about not getting feedback on my performance in the final round. I was hoping for a positive outcome as I felt I gave my best. I didn't expect to be rejected after the final round. It was a valuable learning experience.
