First round was a phone call with about 4 people from the hiring department, lasting around 40 minutes, mainly asking me to walk through my resume. The second round was an in-person interview where I spent the whole day at their office, with interviews from about 5 different people, each lasting roughly an hour.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview started with a phone call that was conference style and asked about my resume. Then, I was invited for an on-site interview that lasted all day. I met with about 12 people in individual or small group settings. I had to give a 1-hour presentation about my past research. After that, there was a long silence until I emailed the hiring manager for an update. They said I was 'highly recommended.' I had to keep emailing every month for 5 months to get an update and was finally told they weren't going to make any offers for the position.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and then had a phone interview. After that, I was invited for an on-site interview. This involved meeting with people from both Dupont Chemicals & Fluoroproducts and Central R&D. Each group had two 30-minute interviews with a panel of 3-4 people. The Central R&D interviews included a more technical one and another with HR. We also had lunch in their cafeteria.
