Operations Manager
Great interview. The team was very welcoming and up front. When asked about SAP, this question seemed to have more meaning than the others. Recommend getting smart on SAP before interviewing with them.
- Can you share your experience with SAP?
Area Manager
Applied through a headhunter, most info came through them and they followed up. The interview process included a site interview, then a Teams interview, followed by an HR interview. After that, there was an offering process where I had to provide current salary evidence. I received an oral offer, accepted it, and then got the official offer.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- What's been the hardest part of your job so far?
- Describe how you handled that difficult situation.
Supervisor
It was a formal process with many one-on-one interviews. Both technical and non-technical people, internal and external to the company, were involved. I got a good understanding of the company, its structure, and the position itself. The process wasn't intimidating and felt very efficient. The people seemed genuine and caring, really focused on finding the right person for their team. I was really impressed with the work environment and the people I met.
- What is your motivation for wanting to join this company?
