Engineer
It was a pretty standard process with six interviews in total. The preparation beforehand made it manageable. It started with a phone screening, followed by an in-person interview. They communicated their decision quite fast.
- What's your approach to task prioritization?
Engineer
We mostly use a STAR (Situation, Task, Action Result) interview process. Typically, there are 3 teams, with 2 people on each team. The whole process takes 3-4 hours, or 2 days for PhD hires. You'll have 1 full day of interviews and another full day to present your thesis.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Maintenance Engineer

- Can you tell me about a time you collaborated with a team?
