The interview process was honest and straightforward. They really showed interest in each employee, asking about their hobbies and interests. They were also very open about the benefits and what happens with retention after the seasonal period. The pay is fair and they consider an employee's current situation.

My first interview was over the phone with the hiring manager, and it was pretty straightforward and they were really easy to talk with - this was a good experience. The second interview is why I am writing this review. This was a video call with two other people. The first person to join the call didn't turn her video on and asked me about where I was born. Huge red flag - how can someone not know this is an illegal interview question? The other interviewer joined (camera on) and it was pretty straightforward. But the whole time I was wondering about what kind of place this would be to work considering the unprofessional behavior. I didn't get an offer which is okay with me.

Behavioral Presentation

It was an in-person interview, an hour and a half long with 5 different people, and each person was a half hour. They offered a hotel and compensated my mileage. It was a pretty standard interview with standard questions. I had a negative experience because I thought it was too much for an ASSISTANT position and also, I never heard back and had to contact them only to be declined. I personally had everything they were looking for but going into the interview, they made me feel like I wasn't good enough even though they had it clearly stated in their job board. I do have to say that everyone was genuinely pretty friendly.

Behavioral Technical

So the standard ops for this role involved a few steps. First, there was a Talent Acquisition phone call that lasted about 30 minutes. After that, there was a 15-minute McQuaig Word Personality Assessment. Then, there were four separate virtual one-on-one interviews, each with different team members or leaders from the department, and these took about 2 hours total. Following that, there were four more virtual interviews, again with different people from the department, also taking about 2 hours. So in total, there were 9 interviewers.
