First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Duke Health.
Case Manager
The interview process was really easy. The staff were very down-to-earth. The interview was over Zoom and lasted about 30-45 minutes. After the interview, I sent a follow-up email and then got the job offer.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
- What makes you want to work for Duke?
Manager
I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview with a few people. It was a pretty fast process. They reached out about a week after I applied online, and then contacted me a few days after the phone interview to schedule the next interview.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Manager
Each department at Duke University Health System has its own interview process. Some interviews were a 30-minute chat with a hiring manager, while others included a phone interview and then a half-day of interviews with multiple people. Some departments are more professional than others.
