Admin Assistant
There are usually 2 interviews, one with the recruiter and then another with the hiring manager over Zoom. They mostly ask general behavior questions. They'll also tell you about the Duke Health system, including the organization and work culture.
- Describe a challenging situation you encountered and how you managed it.
Staff Assistant
You apply online and will have a zoom interview on your phone or computer. First with manager, second with other staff assistants and last with providers. Very challenging interview process.
- Tell me about your weaknesses.
- Tell me about your strengths.
Staff Assistant
I sent in my application online and heard back within two days via email for a phone interview. The hiring manager conducted this initial call. Right after that, I had another interview set up with the hiring manager and the HR manager. Following that, I participated in a Webex interview with two physicians and the team lead.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strength and your most significant weakness?
