So, the whole thing starts with like this online test, you know, to check if you can code and solve problems. If you pass that, they hit you up for some technical interviews where you talk about coding stuff, data structures, algorithms, and your past projects. Then, there's usually this system design thing or a practical task to see if you can actually build stuff. Lastly, you have a chat with HR or your potential manager, talking about how you work with others, communicate, and if you fit the vibe, before they give you the job offer. They really wanna see if you know your tech stuff, can think straight, and explain things clearly.

I was contacted by HR to set up an initial interview. It took a week for HR to get back to me. Then, the HR missed the first scheduled call and rescheduled for a week later, but they didn't show up again. After missing two scheduled timeslots, the HR didn't even email to suggest rescheduling, suggesting either unprofessional HR or a lack of interest in hiring interns. It felt very disrespectful. I won't apply there again.

First, I had an initial screening call with a recruiter from the US where we discussed the tech stack and expected CTC. Then, an HR person from India called to assess my tech skills. The first technical round focused on microservices, DevOps setup in my current project, and related architectural questions. Unfortunately, despite the interview going well, I haven't received any response after the first round, even after following up. This might be due to salary expectations.
