The process wasn't tough. It was mainly a chat about my past experiences and some scenario-based questions. I think they were keen to fill the role fast, as they got back to me pretty quickly. I had to do a drug test and submit it to move forward in the hiring process.

I sent in my application online. Luckily, the store manager saw it the same day I applied. I interviewed a few days later. They told me I was hired after the interview, but I had to wait about a month to start working and get paid.

So after you apply online, you gotta wait a bit, like maybe a few days to a week, to hear back. They usually call if they want to chat more, or you'll see an update on the application site if not. If they call, you get to pick a good time for the interview. Just make sure you're there at least 10 minutes early on the day. They'll bring up stuff from your resume, and then they'll throw some customer service scenarios at you to see if you're a good fit. I think there are about 5 personality-based questions in total, and you gotta nail each one. A few days after, they'll call to let you know if you got the job.
