The interviewer started by introducing himself, and I did the same. We then talked about the job from a higher level and then got into the technical details. I got answers about how important the job is, who uses our work, how the work week is structured and how scheduling works, and I also asked about the contract.

Applied for the Sr. CSM role, got past the phone screen and then met with the manager. The final interview was with a VP of sales, which took 3 weeks. Got an email from the recruiter saying they wanted to consider me for the role. Then had a recruiter call where they offered me the Jr CSM role (which was 20K less) because I didn't have enough agriculture experience. The recruiter then discussed salary and start date. 3 weeks later, after no word, I followed up. The recruiter then said they needed to interview another candidate before deciding. Finally, got an email saying they went with the other candidate who had more agriculture and sass experience.

The interview process with Nic De Nuzzo and Diego De Mauro was really smooth. Diego De Mauro was super helpful all the way through, giving me all the info I needed. My chat with Nic De Nuzzo for the Software Engineer job was really eye-opening. The call was interesting; he laid out what the company does, the tech stack, and what they're after in the role. He also made me feel at ease, which made for a good, positive chat. I'm really happy with how DTN managed the job interview process.

It was a terrible experience. Interviews were scheduled for 4am and 2am, with no regard for the candidate, which was my first warning sign. The pay is much lower than the national average. I was told during the interview that DTN is a non-profit, which was the second and final warning sign. If they show so little respect for candidates with interview times like that, imagine how you'll be treated once you're hired? My strong recommendation: avoid this place!
