I applied and got a call for an interview two weeks later. The interview lasted 15 minutes and was pretty easy. It's been four days and I'm still waiting to hear back. The managers I spoke with were nice and the questions were simple.

The interview experience for the Digital Marketing Internship at DTLR was good. It was a smooth process, starting with a friendly phone screening and then a second interview that felt like a chat. The team asked good questions about my digital marketing skills and shared a lot about the company's teamwork. I liked being able to ask questions and learn about their marketing plans. I felt good about the role and the chance to join their innovative team.

The interview process was formatted okay. It seemed to go well and they seemed interested. However, a red flag was that I've seen this job opening many times and applied many times before. Every time I get a response saying thanks but no thanks, you were not selected. I think they discriminate sometimes because people who want to work and have a chance to make a store successful don't get the opportunity to do so.

The interview process was pretty easy overall. However, the upper management came off as having a nasty attitude during the initial phone call and the main interview. The upper management was also unprofessional. I wouldn't suggest working for this company because it's filled with drama. The HR department seems unaware of what's happening in the stores and districts, and it felt like a few labor laws were broken.
