First, there's a phone call, then you go in for an in-person interview. They'll ask you the same questions during the in-person part as the phone interview, but if you answer them well, they'll ask you more. Usually, 3-4 upper management people will be interviewing you for the in-person part. They only ask technical questions. I didn't get any personality or customer service questions when I was interviewed.

Technical Group

I had two phone calls, and then an onsite group interview. The phone interviews were mainly about basic networking knowledge and what the company expects. The group interview dove deeper into networking knowledge and company expectations. It was a three-part interview, which is more than usual for me.

Behavioral Technical

I applied through a BPO. The interview process was okay. I had the interview directly with the Manager. I had one interview but some of the employees mentioned that they had two interviews. They mainly focus on the Communication skills and Customer handling. Once the interview is done, they will reach to you within one week with a response.
