First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at dti digital.
Software Development Intern
The interview had a recruiter, a developer, and a development team lead. The recruiter made the interview very relaxed. It was a casual chat covering time management, interpersonal relationships, and technical aspects.
- How do you divide your time for task execution?
- Do you prioritize one activity and why?
Software Development Intern
I did the technical test for the internship position, a to-do application in react and the api in c#, I did everything nicely, I spent about 2 days, I'm still learning, they simply didn't answer me, it's an internship position for crying out loud
- Technical test in React and C#
Software Development Intern
The whole process from sending the resume to getting approved took less than a week. I was interviewed by an HR person and a technical person. The interview included technical and professional questions. It was all very light and welcoming, they were extremely nice and understanding. I believe each case is unique. In my case, I didn't receive technical challenges, everything was resolved in a single interview. I also believe that many of the questions were off the interview script, given the quality of the conversation and the recruiters' interest in getting to know me better.
- Tell me about the toughest situation you've encountered in your field (projects, college, studies, etc.).
- What aspects of working at DTI do you think would be frustrating for you?
- Are you familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript?
