The first thing you do with the company is a written test with an essay and technical questions. They say it should take 2 hours, but there's no hard time limit, though it's pretty long. They don't talk to you beforehand about the job, the company, or what you're looking for versus what they need. It's just the test for the first step. I took about 2h10 to finish, and then after a few weeks, I got no feedback at all. Obviously, I didn't pass, but regardless of the outcome, I think the company should at least give some feedback, even if it's negative, to someone who spent 2 hours of their time to be there with them doing a test. And even if the candidate passes the first stage, simple things like salary expectations can derail the process in later stages, even though the candidate has already wasted time.
