Interview process was easy, with few steps. Leaders were attentive and asked relevant questions for the position. They were clear about the benefits, and the company's feedback is individual. Even though I didn't get the job, it was a good experience to improve my job interview skills.

The whole process was really disorganized and they didn't seem to care about the participants. It's handled by HR, but basically it's just an interview and a project. The problem is, you never get a clear answer if you passed or not. I had friends who did the practical test, passed it, and still heard nothing about moving forward in the process.

O processo começou com o RH, onde fizeram perguntas padrão sobre meus gostos, experiências e áreas de interesse. A parte técnica com o Desenvolvedor Líder do projeto foi mais focada nos meus projetos pessoais que desenvolvi, foi bem tranquilo apesar das tecnologias não serem as mesmas do projeto da empresa. Por fim, fiz uma prova técnica de matemática e programação, onde a maior dificuldade foi manejar o tempo da prova para cada questão.
