My first round was an online assessment in college which had 2 medium sql questions and 1 hard dsa question involving csv file handling. After that, selected students were called for further rounds at the dtcc Chennai office. There were 2 or 3 technical rounds and one hr round. The technical rounds mainly covered topics from my resume like Java, sql basics, and my projects. The hr round was pretty general, they just asked if I was okay with getting placed in the new Hyderabad office after the internship.

I went through multiple rounds with the internal recruiter and then 3 interviews with different people like dev managers, project managers, BAs, and PMs. After those 3 rounds, they told me it was a decision between me and someone else. I didn't hear anything for 3 business days, and the recruiter said they still hadn't decided. Then, after another business day, they asked for another interview, which was over a week after the third interview. It felt like they weren't sure what they wanted or what skills they needed. I declined because I had another offer they knew about beforehand. I actually liked them and would have liked to work with the team, but their interview process made me think they might not be great at managing projects or teams. It was disappointing how they handled the interview strategy.
