IT Auditor
After an initial chat with the HR recruiter who acted as a preliminary screener, I went through a three-stage technical interview process. This series of interviews involved speaking with three different teams, each composed of two members, and the entire process spanned approximately three hours.
- Can you walk me through the complete risk-management process?
- In terms of skills, what unique value would you contribute to our company?
Internal Auditor
Applied through Indeed. Took about three weeks to get back to me. Once they reviewed my resume they scheduled me for a virtual interview. The computer asks you questions, you have 30 sec to prepare and 3 minutes to answer.
- Could you start by telling us a bit about yourself?
Internal Auditor
I applied online, and after about two months, the hiring manager reached out to schedule a phone interview. It was a pretty standard process, and I picked a time that worked for me. The interview itself was about 20 minutes long and focused on my resume.
- Can you tell me how you found out about our company?
- Please describe your coursework and the nature of the work involved in this role.
- What previous projects have you worked on, and what were your specific contributions?
