Sales Associate
The hiring manager is a time waster, she'll interview then lie and say she'll get to you in two days but will never get back to you. It's a waste of gas going for the interview, her cringey smile is also very annoying.
- Can you share an instance where you assisted a customer?
Sales Associate
Just wear a cute pair of shoes and have a genuine personality! Staff is easy is talk to and gives you flexibility once in the role. Interview is usually conducted in the break room. I think the break room is decently nice.
- What's your motivation for wanting to join this company?
Sales Associate
The interview was laid-back but still professional. They asked questions to see if I was really into shoes and fashion. I talked with the manager and assistant manager. They were super nice and easy to talk to. I got the job offer and took it. Excited to start!
