I did a walk-in application, then I was selected and called for an interview. It went good, and later I had my training sessions. The process was pretty easy and simple.

I applied online and heard back within a month for an interview. It was a really easy-going first interview with two store managers. They asked basic questions about my job experience, education, and about myself, plus 'Tell me a time when...' type questions and how comfortable I am doing the job. It was a very comfortable setting, and smiling a lot helped. About 2 days later, I had a second interview, a one-on-one with the store manager, and they asked similar questions. I got a call within 3 days saying they wanted me. My advice: they generally want very flexible people with completely open availability for part-time roles. Do your research on the company, smile, ask them questions, be genuine, and don't stress. Own it - confidence is key and be yourself. If you do that, you're bound to get the job!

The interview was pretty chill. Dress nicely. The manager seemed to like that I knew the company's 4 core values, so definitely look into that and have a good resume. After waiting 4 weeks with no word, I called back a few times as instructed. On the third call, I spoke to someone really aggressive who said I wouldn't do well because of my age (17) and wasn't eligible, even though the application said 17+. So heads up about their fake attitude, and if you're not desperate, try to find something better.
