Behavioral Other

I was interviewed by several people. The first interviewer was 5 minutes late and took a personal call on her cell phone for another 5 minutes. The second interviewer didn't know who I was and clearly hadn't read my resume, even though he had a list of scheduled interviews. I also felt like he was flirting with me. I traveled 12 hours for this interview and stayed in a hotel for this experience. If you want a professional company, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

It started with a 30-minute phone interview. I talked a bit about myself, like why I picked my college. Then they asked some typical behavioral questions, focusing on specific parts of my resume where I had to share what I learned most from those experiences. Next up is an on-site interview.

The interviews were a breeze with several 30-minute calls set up with different team members. They were really organized and simple to navigate, providing a schedule with the meeting times, people, and video call links. It felt more like chatting with pals than a formal interview since everyone was really friendly.
