Customer Service Representative
It was a group interview. It was very stereotypical. I do not recommend to stay quiet, participate to stand out from the rest. They ask what you love about shoes and what's a bad experience you've had before.
- What do you like about shoes?
- Tell me about a bad experience you've had.
Customer Service Associate
I got a call at 5 pm the day before my interview about meeting with the DM. I went in the next day at 1:30, and we sat in the showroom. The DM stopped the interview 4 times to watch the floor. Two other employees were present the entire time. We talked, and she mentioned the full-time role I applied for was going to someone internal, but they had a part-time opening. I told her I traveled a significant distance and would only be interested in the full-time role. She didn't seem bothered, but when I said I couldn't work part-time, I got an email before I even got to my car saying the full-time position was filled. I felt my time was wasted.
- How would you deal with an unhappy customer?
- What makes you want to work at this company?
- Which store is your favorite to shop at?
Customer Service Representative
I sent in my application online and someone got back to me via email the very next day. We set up my interview for later that same week. The questions they asked were pretty straightforward, mostly focusing on behavioral aspects. It wasn't really a 'tell me about a time when...' type of interview. The whole thing took about 35 minutes.
- What would your last supervisor say is your biggest opportunity for growth?
