Scientist
It was a multistage process where I spoke with members from both the research group and manufacturing. I got to chat with people at all different levels of the company. It was a really good experience overall, and I'd suggest it to others looking for a job. It did take a little while to hear back, but that's pretty normal for most places.

The interview included technical questions and personality profile questions. The questions covered chromatography, different types of chromatography, and descriptions of IR, UV, and HPLC. There were also personality questions about a past failure and how to handle an unhappy customer.
