I had a short 15 min call with HR first, and then a 1h meeting with the hiring manager. After that, there was a 1h meeting with some team members, which was both technical and focused on personality.

Behavioral Technical

Over two days, I had one-on-one interviews with 10 people. They asked technical questions and questions about my short-term and long-term career plan. The company specifically requires a long-term commitment. The company seems to have a relaxed culture, but they ask about efficiency. They give their researchers some freedom and require entrepreneurship. This seems like a good company for motivated people but not so good for people who just want to do what they have to do.
