Behavioral Technical

There were 3 interviews with different interviewers, and it took more than 2 months. The interviewers were friendly but didn't focus much on the competencies relevant to the position. I got the impression that too many people were involved in the decision-making, and it wasn't clear what profile they were looking for. The process was unstructured and too long (almost 3 months until the rejection).

The interview process had 5 rounds: an aptitude test, two group discussions (GD1 and GD2), and two personal interviews (PI1 and PI2). This was a pool campus drive and the difficulty was medium. They primarily assessed personality and communication skills, as well as the candidate's eagerness for the job.

Behavioral Technical

It was a long interview process with several rounds. The evaluation criteria were very strict. It started with a headhunter and then I was interviewed by several managers from different areas. There was a committee that interviewed me together to clarify all doubts and test me as a candidate.
