It began with a quick phone chat to confirm I was okay with the location, as it was out in the country and not remote-friendly. Next up was a recorded video interview with three questions. The final stage was an online video interview (via Teams) with two interviewers, one from HR and another from the plant, who split time asking personality-based and technical questions.

Behavioral Technical Group

First, there was a phone screen. Then, a video interview. The final round was an on-site interview. This involved a group interview with about 5 engineers and managers, followed by an individual interview with the direct manager. The interviews were pretty standard, focusing on my experience and skills, nothing tricky. Everyone was nice and professional. The HR person even called me personally to let me know I didn't get the job.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Could you tell me about yourself?

The in-person interview was a marathon, super tough. I was in front of a panel of four people who asked all the questions from a thick booklet with over 10 pages. We did get a quick peek at the outside of some buildings, but couldn't go inside.
