Account Manager
It started with a phone screen, then there were up to 5 more rounds of interviews with HR, the hiring manager, and some other people. They asked about my experience and why I wanted the job, plus some behavioral questions. I also had to do a personality test.
- Can you share a success story you've had with a customer?
Senior Account Manager
So after the Talent Acquisition Team picked me for the first interview, I tried to set up a meeting with the Hiring Team via the Recruitment Coordination Department. I followed up many times but couldn't get the interview scheduled. It feels like they could improve the scheduling to make it more professional and efficient for everyone.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Account Manager
Applied online and got a call from a recruiter about 2 weeks later for an initial screening. They asked general questions about my interest and background. They mentioned they were very motivated to hire and I'd hear from a senior recruiter within a couple days. A week later, I sent a polite email to check on my status. No response. A few days after that, I forwarded the same email. Still no response. I'm assuming I'm not moving forward, but I'd really like a response and maybe some feedback.
- Can you share an instance where you faced difficulty reaching the key decision-maker and how you handled it?
