The interview process was super simple. After talking with HR, I got to meet the store manager. They asked a bunch of questions about my experience working with customers and how I'd handle tough situations or things that happened before. Overall, it was a really good chat.

I applied online for Receptionist positions at a new Drybar. HR invited me to a group interview or 'audition'. It was at a hotel and about three dozen people showed up. We all filled out a paper application when we checked in. We were split into two circles and got a company overview. Then, for about an hour, we did three things: 1) introduce your partner to the group, 2) make a Drybar commercial in teams of 4-5 with at least 3 facts, and 3) look at an elastic lace strap and say how you'd use it (not as a hair tie). The music was loud during the intro part, making it hard to talk. After the activities, they took 5-10 minutes to decide and then called groups back for the results.

I applied online and a month later the salon manager emailed me to set up an interview with the salon assistant manager. The interview was casual, which was fine. We had to do it outside because it's loud and there's no room inside. I thought it was pretty easy, and the assistant manager was nice. I didn't hear back though, so I guess I didn't get it.
