First, I had a phone call with a recruiter. Then, I went through two intense profile screening tests. After that, I interviewed with a property manager, and the third interview was in person. During the interviews, they kept talking about Chuck Drury, the CEO, in a strange, trance-like way, mentioning how great he is. They asked if I was willing to take Tuesdays and Wednesdays off even though there were two AGMs. They also made a comment about Drury rejects working at the TSA and continued to talk about Chuck Drury. It felt like they were slave drivers who worshipped Chuck Drury. I didn't get an offer because I stated I wouldn't work every Sunday.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone interview first. Then, I had a face-to-face meeting with the Regional Manager. After that, there was another phone interview with the VP. The whole process took a while because there were some tests after the initial phone interview, and then scheduling with the Regional Manager was tricky since they travel a lot.

Behavioral Technical Other

It started with an internal recruiter who reviewed my resume, experience, and salary expectations. They decided I was a good fit and my expectations were aligned, so I proceeded. Even though I didn't have a specific department preference, I was asked to rank openings and could only apply to one. However, the General Manager of one property discussed salary expectations outside of the normal process, which caused complications later. The process included about 5 phone and virtual interviews, reference checks, and an online assessment.
