The interview process was pretty quick, with normal questions for a Breakfast Attendant. After the interview, I was asked to come back and shadow the position. I didn't get many chances to ask questions myself. They said they'd let me know about the job, but I never heard back from them.

First, I had a phone call with a recruiter. Then, I went through two intense profile screening tests. After that, I interviewed with a property manager, and the third interview was in person. During the interviews, they kept talking about Chuck Drury, the CEO, in a strange, trance-like way, mentioning how great he is. They asked if I was willing to take Tuesdays and Wednesdays off even though there were two AGMs. They also made a comment about Drury rejects working at the TSA and continued to talk about Chuck Drury. It felt like they were slave drivers who worshipped Chuck Drury. I didn't get an offer because I stated I wouldn't work every Sunday.

I had three interviews over two weeks with different managers. It all went well with typical questions. The first interview included a 30-minute observation of two housekeepers cleaning rooms and light service. The executive housekeeper then showed me the laundry area. A few days later, the assistant hotel manager called to set up another interview, asking casual, pleasant questions. A week after that, another manager called, confirming my previous answers. I then took a saliva drug test. She welcomed me to the team and mentioned a fourth meeting to sign paperwork. A few days later, I returned to fill out the paperwork with the first two managers and was scheduled to start in 5 days.

I filled out an online application and then emailed the manager who posted the job. She called me back about 10 minutes after I submitted my application. We had a phone interview, and then she invited me for an in-person interview. During that interview, she asked me straightforward questions about my experience and how I handle guest satisfaction. After that, she invited me for a job observation and another interview, which is set for tomorrow at 10 am. She mentioned I should plan to be there for about 2 hours, so I'll update later! I'm really hoping I get this job because it's a great company and I'd love to be a part of it.
