It was a group interview, very relaxed! We had to go up front and briefly talk about our experience, our weakness, and how we would work on that weakness in our daily work. I was the only apprentice, maybe this could have been a group only for young apprentices.

It was a three-stage selection process, with two online stages and one in-person. The first online stage was a group one. The HR person from the pharmaceutical company led the interactions, asking about my educational institution, academic availability, and how it fit with the drugstore's needs. The in-person stage was a one-on-one interview at the drugstore with the managing pharmacist.
