A inscrição foi feita pelo Gupy e eu recebi um contato por chamada um dia antes da entrevista. A empresa se apresentou e depois tivemos uma dinâmica de apresentação individual, em público. Cada pessoa teve que se levantar e ir para a frente da sala para falar nome, idade, estado civil, onde e com quem mora, escolaridade e as últimas 3 experiências de emprego. A dinâmica durou cerca de 4 horas.

The process was done as a group, with everyone involved equally and openly. They looked closely at each person's work history, considering important parts of their careers. They checked the last three jobs each person had, believing these show recent work experience best. Looking at past jobs helped them understand skills, roles, and responsibilities over time. This way, the evaluation was fairer, avoiding judgments based on old experiences that don't reflect current abilities. By using this group and standard method, the process was more impartial and the results were consistent. Everyone was evaluated the same way, ensuring equal chances and openness in decisions.

It was a group interview. The room was packed and we waited about 20 minutes for it to start. First, there was a presentation about the company and the role we were applying for. Right at the beginning, they gave us two QR codes: one to sign in and another to apply online for the position. The assessment and behavioral profile test didn't have to be done right away, as they were available on the job site to do later. Meaning, you could take it after the interview. I, for example, did it at home. Then, three people entered the room: the regional manager, a pharmacy manager, and a unit manager. Each candidate had to introduce themselves and talk a bit about themselves. If anything wasn't clear or raised questions, they'd ask follow-up questions. Since I'm studying Pharmacy, they asked why I chose the field, where I live, and if I had a referral from a manager. Generally, questions were based on what the person didn't mention or left open during their introduction. After everyone spoke, they told us when the results would be announced, and the interview ended.

Fiquei muito feliz quando recebi a msg para a entrevista, chegando lá vi que tinha outras pessoas e a entrevista foi em grupo, inclusive pessoas que estudaram comigo estavam lá na qual me deixou mais nervosa, pois foram pessoas "falsas" durante o curso e me deu gatilhos ter que está naquele ambiente, mas quanto as recrutadoras achei super tranquilo, eu só não me sai bem na entrevista, devia ter me soltado mais ou ter contado uma história triste, que foi o que minha colega fez e foi selecionada para próxima etapa. Mas não sei mentir, não consigo. Talvez não aquele emprego não era pra mim naquele momento.
