The whole process, from getting contacted to the interviews, was chill and easy. The recruiter was nice and quick to respond. In the actual interview, two engineers chatted with me and answered my questions about how they work, how the team is set up, and the company culture. They asked me about a project I did with others, what challenges came up, and what went really well. After I showed them some code I wrote, they answered my questions about what happens next and then were super nice. They said they'll let me know about an offer after they've interviewed everyone else, but I'm feeling good about it.

It was a standard 3 round process. First round was a tech screen and a homework assignment. Second round involved a review of the homework and a 1-hour talk with the hiring manager. The final round was a 4-hour marathon, including an over-the-shoulder coding exercise, a meeting with the product manager, a whiteboarding session for a design exercise, and an interview with the hiring manager. I was told I'd hear back within a week of the final round, but I got ghosted and haven't heard anything since. That definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

The interview process was pretty standard. I had two phone screens, each lasting about 30 minutes. After that, I was invited for an in-person half-day interview. The interviewers seemed really positive and seemed genuinely interested in learning about me and my background.
