Customer Experience
I first exchanged emails with a senior CX manager. Then, we had a 30-minute phone interview where we talked about the job needs, my background, and what I could bring to the role.
- Can you share an instance where you failed to satisfy a customer?
Customer Experience Representative
I got a call for a phone screen after I applied. Then I had to do a take-home assignment. After I sent it in, they told me I wasn't a good fit. I get that they're looking for someone specific. But I asked for feedback on my interview, resume, or assignment, and Drizly never replied. It's weird because they say they're all about integrity and transparency, but that wasn't my experience.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a customer service situation and how you fixed it.
Customer Experience Representative
So I applied and then I had a phone call with my direct manager. He told me about the company and the job. Then he set up another phone interview with his boss and an in-person meeting with my coworkers at the same time. After those were done, they hired me.
- How do you handle having multiple tasks to manage at once?
- What are your methods for prioritizing tasks?
