The interview process was really good. My recruiter was friendly and readily answered all my questions. The interview itself was very straightforward, and the follow-up was great. I'm currently awaiting a response and am very enthusiastic.

I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager at their Mesa location. After a quick intro, they gave a brief description of the job and asked a couple standard questions, like why I thought they should hire me. The manager got called away mid-interview and left me waiting until they returned. I noticed all the employees seemed very young, under 30. I eventually went to the front desk after a long wait and was told they'd call me tomorrow if they thought I was a good fit. It felt like they were doing me a favor by talking to me, and that the company looks for young, energetic people they can quickly replace rather than train, which seems like a bad approach for experienced sales professionals. It might be okay for young, inexperienced people to learn, but maybe not the best place for long-term sales careers.

The interview process had two stages: first a qualification review, and then an office approval. I had a strong background, and they were really open about what they needed for the role. It was pretty relaxed, and the manager was super friendly but also ran things well.
