The interview was cancelled the day before it was scheduled. They stopped responding to my emails. Turns out, they weren't looking to sponsor F1 students, which was a surprise because they had my info already. They emailed me to set up a date and time, and then cancelled the day before. I told the recruiter I didn't need visa sponsorship for the internship, but they didn't even write back.

The entire interview process was completed in just 8 calendar days, which really shows how DriveTime operates. There were 3 interview rounds. The first was a phone call that lasted about 16 minutes and was pretty relaxed, more like a chat where they wanted to hear about my background broadly. Then, there was a Skype interview that felt a bit more serious. They asked about Agile Scrum, my previous work, and some basic SQL. This one was about an hour long. Finally, there was a long 2.5-hour final round that felt like a grilling, though less intense than the Skype one. It involved 7 interviewers, with 2 talking to me at a time. The discussion covered my knowledge of the company, the industry, Agile, my education, past projects, future goals, and why I'd be a good fit.

The job title wasn't quite accurate, it's more of an IT role focused on databases and large datasets, mainly TSQL coding. The recruiter was nice but seemed less engaged as we went on.
