So the interview process moved pretty fast but it was messy and poorly handled. I got mixed messages and scheduling was a mess. I even went in to meet the 'director' but then found out during the chat that they were actually another account executive. I got good feedback and they even asked about my start date, but the last round, which they called a 'casual meet-and-greet', turned into a tough technical interview with no chance to connect. The lack of organization was a warning sign and not getting an offer was probably for the best. Reviews from current employees show a lot of internal problems that match my experience.

There were three interviews: one with Chris as a screening, one in person with Fry, and the last with Austin through video chat. It was an okay experience, however, I don't appreciate getting ghosted...I eventually realized I didn't get the role once they reposted the listing on LinkedIn. I wasn't too excited about the opportunity anyway because the Miami office has high turnover and no work/life balance trying to retain clients, lol.

The interview process was great! I had a phone interview first, followed by two in-person interviews at their office where I met with several team members. They were quick to schedule the follow-up interviews.
