So the interview process moved pretty fast but it was messy and poorly handled. I got mixed messages and scheduling was a mess. I even went in to meet the 'director' but then found out during the chat that they were actually another account executive. I got good feedback and they even asked about my start date, but the last round, which they called a 'casual meet-and-greet', turned into a tough technical interview with no chance to connect. The lack of organization was a warning sign and not getting an offer was probably for the best. Reviews from current employees show a lot of internal problems that match my experience.

The company seemed pretty disorganized. The hiring process moved fast, but communication was all over the place and confusing. I got good feedback and was told I was a good fit, with them even asking about my start date. But, the last interview, which they said was just a chill meet-and-greet, turned into a super tough technical thing where there wasn't much talking or getting to know each other. The whole process felt messy, with lots of confusion when trying to schedule and follow up. I didn't get the job in the end, which might be for the best after seeing some negative employee reviews online.

The whole thing took about two weeks. First, I had a Google Meet with the supervisor where we introduced ourselves, and I talked about my technical skills and what I've done before. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview where I discussed the position more with the supervisor, and they also gave me a quick tour of the office.
