I applied online and a recruiter called me. She said I'd have a Skype interview with an engineer, and if I passed, I'd be placed on a project. Then, a Skype interview was scheduled. The interviewer asked me to turn on my video but didn't, which was awkward. The interview was easier than expected. I was told there would be another Skype interview with a different engineer, which happened similarly. After that, the recruiter called to say they wanted a coding interview. It would've been better if they told me the whole process upfront instead of extending it. After the coding interview, I followed up with the recruiter, and she said I was selected and invited me for an in-person meeting with their VP of engineering and other team members. They gave me a job offer but no start date, and then kept delaying it, saying they didn't have a client yet. This company lacks professionalism and ethics.

The interview was conducted by an arrogant person who was eating and drinking during the conversation, and there was a lot of background noise. I'm unsure if they could hear my responses. I would not recommend this company if you value your self-respect.

I had a 45 min phone screen where I did a coding exercise. After that, I had an in-person interview that lasted 2 hours with 3 interviewers. They asked me some personal questions about my background, but mostly focused on programming challenges. Each person gave me a challenge to test my knowledge in different areas like data structures, databases, and algorithms.
