The interview process went smoothly, and the interviewers were nice, helpful, and very friendly. Everything went fine, but feedback was slow, and ultimately I didn't get the offer. It was basically about Selenium and Java, how to create an immutable class, get the largest frequencies number in an array, how to validate a login function, and experience in JS and APIs.

I applied online and a recruiter called me. She said I'd have a Skype interview with an engineer, and if I passed, I'd be placed on a project. Then, a Skype interview was scheduled. The interviewer asked me to turn on my video but didn't, which was awkward. The interview was easier than expected. I was told there would be another Skype interview with a different engineer, which happened similarly. After that, the recruiter called to say they wanted a coding interview. It would've been better if they told me the whole process upfront instead of extending it. After the coding interview, I followed up with the recruiter, and she said I was selected and invited me for an in-person meeting with their VP of engineering and other team members. They gave me a job offer but no start date, and then kept delaying it, saying they didn't have a client yet. This company lacks professionalism and ethics.

I submitted my resume to a recruiter and got an interview scheduled for the next day. The interviewer was a bit late (10 mins) but seemed nice. The interview was quite challenging, covering fundamental algorithms and in-depth practical problems spanning both frontend and backend. They used a tool called exbk8 for typing answers, which the interviewer monitored.

This consultancy genuinely invests in finding good candidates. It's impressive how they conduct multiple interviews before client introductions. They even arrange for current employees to speak with you beforehand, which I found greatly boosts confidence.
