The interview process was pretty standard. I went to their offices and met with multiple leaders including sales, customer success, and marketing. Most interviews were the same - review my resume and then targeted questions about my experience.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process was really thorough but also felt super natural. A recruiter first qualified me and gave me tons of info about the process, the job, benefits, pay, and her own experience at Drift. After that, I had a bunch of video interviews, and then an onsite meeting with the leadership team. The recruiter kept in touch through text, email, and phone, and helped me get ready. It was a great experience overall; the recruiter managed everything and made sure I felt good and prepared. The whole Drift team was amazing to work with, and I'm really impressed with their values and where they're headed.

Behavioral Presentation

The process was quick, starting with an easy phone screen from a recruiter. Then there was a longer in-person interview where I met many people from various departments. It was a bit disorganized on-site; the schedule they sent wasn't followed, and people seemed to bump into each other, not really coordinated on my interview. But everyone was very nice, the job's requirements were explained well, and I liked my time at the office. It was a fast process with plenty of feedback, and they kept me updated throughout, which was appreciated.
