It was a pretty straightforward process. First I spoke with a recruiter, then my manager, then the head of sales, and finally I did a panel presentation. It all took about 2-3 weeks, and it was a good experience.

We started with an HR/phone interview, followed by Zoom interviews with peer managers. There was also a presentation component. Even though it was several sessions, they were very accommodating with scheduling and moved the timeline along quickly. Feedback was provided after each interview.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The recruiter was really nice and kept things organized. Some interviews were great, others were pretty bad. I got to the end, and even though I tried to work with a fake client audience of two people, they said I didn't engage them well. It felt like a lot of work for not much response, which was kind of insulting. Plus, someone I never even talked to before showed up for an interview. I liked the overall experience, but I think they should have skipped the presentation part for me and given me feedback earlier. The last two interviews didn't seem to connect well. I'd suggest they pace things better instead of scheduling everything at once, especially if there's not a good chance for the candidate. If you like interviews where you have to act out a persona and give super detailed answers, you'll probably do well here.
