The interview process was quick. I got a response on Thursday of the week after my interview. I spoke with one person, and it felt like a genuine conversation rather than a structured interview. It was a very personal interview.

Behavioral Presentation

Had three rounds for this job. The first was a phone screen, the second via zoom, and the third was an in-person visit. The Executive Director interviewed me for the second and third rounds. It was a really relaxed vibe.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process began with a phone interview where they asked about my experience with the client population and my interest in the role. Next, there was a 1:1 interview with a lot of behavioral questions like how I'd handle a difficult client or a conflict with a coworker. After that, I had to give a presentation where I developed a job searching curriculum module and brainstormed ideas for client recruitment and agency partnerships. Then, my references were contacted. The final interview was a phone call with less than 24 hours notice, and the interviewer called at the wrong time and didn't know which position I was applying for. Ultimately, I received no response or courtesy email about their decision.
