I was contacted by the HR manager via email who set up the interview. On the day of, I met with the head of the design department for the position I was applying for, who was very pleasant. After that, I met with the HR manager as well, who also briefly interviewed me. This was my first time being interviewed by an HR manager for a position, but overall, it was a positive experience and seems like a good office environment. I was very interested in the position and looking forward to the opportunity but unfortunately didn’t get an offer.

The interview process took over a month to complete, which was a bad experience. It involved three rounds, including a presentation of a project I had to do. The first round was with HR, and the second was with a Designer. After the final interview, I waited more than two weeks for a response, only finding out I was rejected by sending another email. Many interviewers seemed uninterested and disrespectful due to the long waiting times.
