Product Development Coordinator
First, you do a quick screen call. Then, there's an in person interview with your potential manager and supervisor. The interview is very clear and easy - a good conversation. They really want to get to know you and are clear on the job expectations.
- What are your salary expectations?
Product Coordinator
Had a team call with HR about myself and why I want the job and my past jobs. Then I had an in person interview shortly after where they wanted to know my past job experiences and what I know about the company. It took a few days to find out if I got the job.
- Could you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
- What is your motivation for wanting to work here?
- Why are you interested in this particular role?
Account Manager
It's ironic because this job has been open for months, and they just keep changing the title and reposting it. It seems like they're looking for a specific 'type' rather than actual skills. The HR person was nice, but not really focused, typing while I was talking, which probably led to misinformation. A good interviewer should listen, record, and then confirm what they heard. Since HR isn't the final decision-maker, this misinformation could prevent the right person from moving forward. They need to rethink their interview process if they actually want to fill this role.
- Can you describe your experience using Seller Central?
Assistant Designer
The interview process took over a month to complete, which was a bad experience. It involved three rounds, including a presentation of a project I had to do. The first round was with HR, and the second was with a Designer. After the final interview, I waited more than two weeks for a response, only finding out I was rejected by sending another email. Many interviewers seemed uninterested and disrespectful due to the long waiting times.
- Can you tell me where you find inspiration for your designs?
