First, we'll have a phone screening, and then an in-person interview with multiple supervisors. They'll ask general questions about your customer service history, technical interests, and so on. The interview process was pretty average and standard, nothing too difficult.

First, a 10-20 minute phone call to go over some general company info and ask a few standard questions. Second, a half-hour in-person interview where I had to fill out an application and take the Wonderlic test. Then, an interview with a supervisor to get to know each other better and ask general questions. Third, a 45-minute in-person interview that included a tour of the building, interviews with multiple supervisors, some quick technical tests about the company's products, and a lunch interview.
