Customer Service Representative
I got an email for an interview for CSR 1 with Taxwell, which is part of Drake company. The recruiter from TaxAct (Drake Software Talent Acquisition Team) contacted me and gave me a Calendly link to schedule the interview. I set it up and then emailed her to confirm. Two days later, the interview was supposed to happen, but she was a no-show. I rescheduled on Calendly for the next Monday, noting in the comments that I didn't get the scheduled call. She ignored that and missed the rescheduled interview too. It seems like I dodged a bullet working for this company if this is how they operate.

Customer Service Representative
It was a really smooth interview. They answered all my questions and seemed genuinely excited to bring new people on board and get the training started. I'm looking forward to starting and working with everyone I met during the interviews. They were also very responsive.
