Engineering
Got an email from the hiring manager reaching out, then a call from them too. HR called to schedule the interview and sent over the schedule and flight info. Got picked up at the airport in a town car. Met HR for breakfast at the cafe. Was given a conference room, laptop, and phone to prep for my presentation. Presented to and was questioned by people from different divisions. Went to lunch at the cafe with the hiring manager and division manager. Got a tour of some departments. Had a 1:1 with the hiring manager where we talked about my interests, the area, and my salary expectations. They told me what to expect in the coming weeks. Then got a town car back to the airport.

It was a very friendly interview with many tasks to solve. There were different questions covering personal details, previous work, hobbies, and free time. They also asked about my expectations from the job. Then we discussed tasks and how to solve such problems, including the things and skills required for the work.

I had a basic phone screening with HR. Then I had a phone interview with the head of the department. After that, it was a panel interview where I had to prepare and present a PowerPoint. They also did a psychological interview and a drug screen after making the offer.
